I got a Notice of Determination in the mail from Florida Unemployment Compensation. Section 2 states: Benefits are payable because: The discharge was for reason other than misconduct. Section 3 states: The employer is not chargeable since the employment was in the base period. The last job I had I only had for 3 weeks. The job I had before that, I had for three years. Before the Notice of Determination I received Wage Transcript and Determination It says I am eligible and states my weekly benefit amount and when my benefit year begins and ends. My next to last employer is in the base period. I have already received on check for one week. and I am scheduled to claim my weeks for this coming Monday. I went to the Florida Unemployment website and went to the link and put in my info for info about my claim and it says nothing about me being denied. If my last employer is not chargeable and not in my base period, does that mean my next to last previous employer is chargeable, since they are in my base period? I have received no explicit letter saying i am denied. My bottom line question is: does the Notice of Determination by saying that my last employer is not chargeable mean that my unemployment claim is denied?

Ok so I need an FR-44 non owners insurance but I think its impossible to find a non owners policy here in Tampa, Fl. They keep telling me I need prior coverage/ownership of a vehicle. In November the insurance company said I cancelled her coverage and they issued me a refund for the remainder of the policy year (thru July). I asked for them to reinstate the coverage immediately. They did and sent me a bill for the full amount of the refund, plus another $176. I feel I should only pay insurance for the remaining two months on this year's policy since, if I would have had an accident, the insurance company would not have covered me. They say they can't charge me for just the remaining two months, but that they have to bill me the full amount (plus what's with the additional $176 charge?) I'm thinking that I should just go to another insurance company and get the car covered. Any thoughts?

My sister & I were in a car accident & it was all the other person's fault. She sprained her shoulder, I got whippedlash & SEVERAL muscle strains in back/shoulders/neck. We both hurt, but w/work & the work I do for my nursing class it hurts my back even worse & I'm not giving up on what I do. Hi all My Dad has been with Churchill a long time and says they are brilliant. I have been looking at my own policys and they are around 2.5k-3k which is so out of my price range it is unreal.I have checked how much it would cost to have my Dad as the main driver on another Churchill Policy on my car and have me as a name driver,Protect his no claims and i am also able to build up my own for future use with Churchill. I'm 16 I have my permit and I have like 2 more months to go till I can get my license which is finally coming since its been a long wait. And after the 2 months end school starts and I'm going into my junior year and at this age everyone is driving already so please don't hate or any negative attitude here on that. And I'm responsible etc and work hard in school so that's why my parents are getting me a car I want and they've been saving saving into my bank account since I was little. But that money is for me. But the car I want is the 2013 Camaro ZL1 and it goes for $40,000 around there and don't blast on me about the price I'm not wanting a $100,000 car and its my first and last car I'm not gonna switch through 10 cars 1 is good enough and I like sports cars because of their look, and performance, I like smooth cars. But if my parents get that I know insurance is the thing that everyone has problems with because of pricing but since I'm 16 and the car is a sports car and all I was told it can be thousands for the insurance but what if it is under my parents insurance will it be way cheaper? And what does it mean if the car is under my parents name and not mines what is that? Will I still be able to name my plate?
